SKUU sits in the middle as the neutral layer. Returnless only ever exchanges data with SKUU, never directly with another shop.

Returnless is a Dutch returns platform that gives webshops a branded return portal, return reasons, exchanges and refund rules. For network orders that portal stays exactly where it is: the customer returns the item to the shop they bought from, in that shop's branding.

Behind the portal, SKUU adds what Returnless cannot know on its own: which partner shop actually shipped the item. The return label and data route the parcel back to that partner, and the refund is settled between the shops in the next settlement cycle. Available on request.

How connecting works

    Connect

    Returnless links to SKUU through the native connector or the SKUU Connect REST API. Nothing about your storefront, checkout or daily workflow changes.

    Match

    Your catalogue is matched against the network on barcode and article code, and verified in a test mode before anything goes live.

    Route

    From then on, out-of-stock sales can route to partners with stock, and partner sales can route to you. Every parcel ships white-label under the selling shop's brand.

How do returns of network orders work with Returnless?
The customer starts the return in the selling shop's Returnless portal, in that shop's branding, exactly like any other return. SKUU knows which partner shipped the item and routes the parcel and the return data back there, so the stock lands where it came from.
Who refunds the customer?
The selling shop, the way it always does through Returnless. SKUU settles the return with the fulfilling partner automatically in the next settlement cycle, so nobody has to chase money between shops.
Does SKUU replace Returnless?
No. Returnless stays the customer-facing returns portal with your rules, reasons and refund options. SKUU only adds the network layer underneath: routing returns to the right partner and keeping both partners' stock and administration correct.
