SKUU sits in the middle as the neutral layer. Zineps only ever exchanges data with SKUU, never directly with another shop.

Zineps is a multi-carrier shipping platform for webshops: labels, pick-up points at checkout, live track and trace and a branded return portal, across carriers such as PostNL, DHL, DPD, UPS and GLS. Shops can bring their own carrier contracts or ship on Zineps rates.

For network orders SKUU drives label creation through the fulfilling shop's Zineps account, while everything the customer sees carries the selling shop's brand. Tracking flows back through SKUU to the selling shop, and returns take the same route in reverse. Available on request.

How connecting works

    Connect

    Zineps links to SKUU through the native connector or the SKUU Connect REST API. Nothing about your storefront, checkout or daily workflow changes.

    Match

    Your catalogue is matched against the network on barcode and article code, and verified in a test mode before anything goes live.

    Route

    From then on, out-of-stock sales can route to partners with stock, and partner sales can route to you. Every parcel ships white-label under the selling shop's brand.

Frequently asked questions

How does SKUU keep shipping white-label with Zineps?
The label, packing slip and tracking notifications are generated in the selling shop's branding, even though a partner shop hands the parcel to Zineps. The customer never sees the name of the shop that shipped it.
Where does the customer's tracking link come from?
SKUU passes the Zineps tracking data back to the selling shop, which shares it with the customer through its own normal order emails. The experience is identical to an order shipped from the shop's own stock.
Do I need my own Zineps contract to join the network?
No. Each shop keeps shipping the way it ships today. SKUU works with the setup each fulfilling partner already has, so joining the network changes nothing about your carrier relationships.
