SKUU × Paazl integration

The SKUU Paazl integration connects the enterprise multi-carrier platform to the SKUU network, so larger retailers keep their existing carrier logic for network orders too.

How the connection sits

Paazl
SKUUSKUU
Partner shops

SKUU sits in the middle as the neutral layer. Paazl only ever exchanges data with SKUU, never directly with another shop.

Paazl orchestrates shipping for larger retailers: carrier selection, checkout delivery options and label generation across many carriers at once. Retailers that run Paazl have shipping logic they trust, and SKUU respects it: network orders fulfilled by a Paazl-connected shop flow through the same carrier selection as the shop's own orders.

SKUU adds the network layer on top: white-label documents, tracking routed to the selling partner, and return handling across shops. Available on request.

How connecting works

  1. 1

    Connect

Paazl links to SKUU through the native connector or the SKUU Connect REST API. Nothing about your storefront, checkout or daily workflow changes.

  2. 2

    Match

Your catalogue is matched against the network on barcode and article code, and verified in a test mode before anything goes live.

  3. 3

    Route

From then on, out-of-stock sales can route to partners with stock, and partner sales can route to you. Every parcel ships white-label under the selling shop's brand.

Frequently asked questions

How does SKUU keep shipping white-label with Paazl?
The label, packing slip and tracking notifications are generated in the selling shop's branding, even though a partner shop hands the parcel to Paazl. The customer never sees the name of the shop that shipped it.
Where does the customer's tracking link come from?
SKUU passes the Paazl tracking data back to the selling shop, which shares it with the customer through its own normal order emails. The experience is identical to an order shipped from the shop's own stock.
Do I need my own Paazl contract to join the network?
No. Each shop keeps shipping the way it ships today. SKUU works with the setup each fulfilling partner already has, so joining the network changes nothing about your carrier relationships.

Connect your stack.

Joining the network is configuration, not a project. Connect your systems, verify the matching, and let the network start recovering sales.
