SKUU × DPD integration

The SKUU DPD integration ships network orders through DPD's European parcel network with white-label labels and tracking for the selling shop.

How the connection sits

DPD
SKUUSKUU
Partner shops

SKUU sits in the middle as the neutral layer. DPD only ever exchanges data with SKUU, never directly with another shop.

DPD's dense European road network makes it a frequent choice for shops shipping into Germany, France and Central Europe. As the SKUU network grows across borders, orders increasingly route to whichever partner shop is closest to the customer, and DPD is often how that last leg travels.

The integration keeps the white-label rule intact across borders: labels and tracking in the selling shop's branding, customs-ready data where needed, and delivery updates that reach the customer from the brand they bought from. Available on request.

How connecting works

  1. 1

    Connect

DPD links to SKUU through the native connector or the SKUU Connect REST API. Nothing about your storefront, checkout or daily workflow changes.

  2. 2

    Match

Your catalogue is matched against the network on barcode and article code, and verified in a test mode before anything goes live.

  3. 3

    Route

From then on, out-of-stock sales can route to partners with stock, and partner sales can route to you. Every parcel ships white-label under the selling shop's brand.

Frequently asked questions

How does SKUU keep shipping white-label with DPD?
The label, packing slip and tracking notifications are generated in the selling shop's branding, even though a partner shop hands the parcel to DPD. The customer never sees the name of the shop that shipped it.
Where does the customer's tracking link come from?
SKUU passes the DPD tracking data back to the selling shop, which shares it with the customer through its own normal order emails. The experience is identical to an order shipped from the shop's own stock.
Do I need my own DPD contract to join the network?
No. Each shop keeps shipping the way it ships today. SKUU works with the setup each fulfilling partner already has, so joining the network changes nothing about your carrier relationships.

Connect your stack.

Joining the network is configuration, not a project. Connect your systems, verify the matching, and let the network start recovering sales.
