SKUU sits in the middle as the neutral layer. SAP Business One only ever exchanges data with SKUU, never directly with another shop.

SAP Business One holds the item master and stock administration at many established trading businesses. Those companies have processes that work and no appetite for an ERP project, which is why the SKUU connection is deliberately shallow: read items, barcodes and stock, and nothing else.

Everything network-related happens outside B1. Matching, routing decisions and white-label logistics live in SKUU, and what B1 sees are ordinary sales orders arriving through the existing channel. Available on request.

How connecting works

    Connect

    SAP Business One links to SKUU through the native connector or the SKUU Connect REST API. Nothing about your storefront, checkout or daily workflow changes.

    Match

    Your catalogue is matched against the network on barcode and article code, and verified in a test mode before anything goes live.

    Route

    From then on, out-of-stock sales can route to partners with stock, and partner sales can route to you. Every parcel ships white-label under the selling shop's brand.

Frequently asked questions

Can SKUU work with the stock levels in SAP Business One?
Yes. SAP Business One stays your system of record. SKUU reads availability from it and never writes stock corrections back: partner stock lives on a separate network shelf, so your own figures stay clean and are never double-counted.
How do orders from the SKUU network reach SAP Business One?
When a partner shop sells an item you hold, SKUU pushes a normal order into your existing flow. You pick, pack and ship it white-label in the partner's branding, and the tracking flows back through SKUU automatically.
Does connecting SAP Business One require a separate integration project?
Usually not. SKUU connects through the SKUU Connect REST API and the onboarding team maps your article and stock data with you. Most connections run in a test mode first, so nothing routes until the match quality is verified.
