SKUU sits in the middle as the neutral layer. Itsperfect only ever exchanges data with SKUU, never directly with another shop.

Itsperfect is an ERP built specifically for fashion brands and wholesalers, with the style–colour–size matrix as a first-class citizen. That structure is gold for SKUU: matching across shops is only as good as the data behind it, and Itsperfect data arrives already organised the way fashion inventory actually works.

Connected through the Itsperfect API, SKUU reads articles, barcodes and live stock, while Itsperfect remains the untouched system of record. Network orders arrive as regular orders in the existing flow, and the network shelf keeps partner availability strictly apart from your own stock positions. Available on request.

How connecting works

    Connect

    Itsperfect links to SKUU through the native connector or the SKUU Connect REST API. Nothing about your storefront, checkout or daily workflow changes.

    Match

    Your catalogue is matched against the network on barcode and article code, and verified in a test mode before anything goes live.

    Route

    From then on, out-of-stock sales can route to partners with stock, and partner sales can route to you. Every parcel ships white-label under the selling shop's brand.

Frequently asked questions

Can SKUU work with the stock levels in Itsperfect?
Yes. Itsperfect stays your system of record. SKUU reads availability from it and never writes stock corrections back: partner stock lives on a separate network shelf, so your own figures stay clean and are never double-counted.
How do orders from the SKUU network reach Itsperfect?
When a partner shop sells an item you hold, SKUU pushes a normal order into your existing flow. You pick, pack and ship it white-label in the partner's branding, and the tracking flows back through SKUU automatically.
Does connecting Itsperfect require a separate integration project?
Usually not. SKUU connects through the SKUU Connect REST API and the onboarding team maps your article and stock data with you. Most connections run in a test mode first, so nothing routes until the match quality is verified.
