SKUU × AFAS integration

ERP & POSAlso calledAFAS SoftwareProfit

The SKUU AFAS integration reads article and stock data from AFAS Profit, so Dutch retail organisations on AFAS can plug their inventory into the SKUU network.

How the connection sits

AFAS
SKUUSKUU
Partner shops

SKUU sits in the middle as the neutral layer. AFAS only ever exchanges data with SKUU, never directly with another shop.

AFAS is a staple of Dutch business software, and its Profit suite frequently holds the article and stock administration behind retail webshops. SKUU connects through AFAS GetConnectors to read that data on a schedule that keeps network availability honest.

As with every ERP connection, the flow of truth is one-way: AFAS feeds SKUU, never the reverse. Network sales reach your organisation as regular orders, fulfilled from your stock with white-label documents, while your AFAS administration keeps its own clean version of events. Available on request.

  • Live stock levels

How connecting works

  1. 1

    Connect

AFAS links to SKUU through the native connector or the SKUU Connect REST API. Nothing about your storefront, checkout or daily workflow changes.

  2. 2

    Match

Your catalogue is matched against the network on barcode and article code, and verified in a test mode before anything goes live.

  3. 3

    Route

From then on, out-of-stock sales can route to partners with stock, and partner sales can route to you. Every parcel ships white-label under the selling shop's brand.

Frequently asked questions

Can SKUU work with the stock levels in AFAS?
Yes. AFAS stays your system of record. SKUU reads availability from it and never writes stock corrections back: partner stock lives on a separate network shelf, so your own figures stay clean and are never double-counted.
How do orders from the SKUU network reach AFAS?
When a partner shop sells an item you hold, SKUU pushes a normal order into your existing flow. You pick, pack and ship it white-label in the partner's branding, and the tracking flows back through SKUU automatically.
Does connecting AFAS require a separate integration project?
Usually not. SKUU connects through the SKUU Connect REST API and the onboarding team maps your article and stock data with you. Most connections run in a test mode first, so nothing routes until the match quality is verified.

Connect your stack.

Joining the network is configuration, not a project. Connect your systems, verify the matching, and let the network start recovering sales.
