SKUU × Odoo integration

The SKUU Odoo integration connects Odoo's inventory and sales modules to the SKUU network, giving shops that run their operation on Odoo a live link into shared inventory.

How the connection sits

Odoo
SKUUSKUU
Partner shops

SKUU sits in the middle as the neutral layer. Odoo only ever exchanges data with SKUU, never directly with another shop.

Odoo's modular ERP runs inventory, sales, POS and e-commerce for a fast-growing group of retailers. Because everything lives in one data model, a single SKUU connection covers the whole picture: products with barcodes, stock per location, and the order flow.

SKUU reads availability from Odoo Inventory and pushes network orders in as standard sales orders, which then follow your existing delivery workflow, with the one difference that the delivery documents carry the selling partner's brand. Odoo stays the system of record throughout. Available on request.

  • Live stock levels
  • Orders

How connecting works

  1. 1

    Connect

Odoo links to SKUU through the native connector or the SKUU Connect REST API. Nothing about your storefront, checkout or daily workflow changes.

  2. 2

    Match

Your catalogue is matched against the network on barcode and article code, and verified in a test mode before anything goes live.

  3. 3

    Route

From then on, out-of-stock sales can route to partners with stock, and partner sales can route to you. Every parcel ships white-label under the selling shop's brand.

Frequently asked questions

Can SKUU work with the stock levels in Odoo?
Yes. Odoo stays your system of record. SKUU reads availability from it and never writes stock corrections back: partner stock lives on a separate network shelf, so your own figures stay clean and are never double-counted.
How do orders from the SKUU network reach Odoo?
When a partner shop sells an item you hold, SKUU pushes a normal order into your existing flow. You pick, pack and ship it white-label in the partner's branding, and the tracking flows back through SKUU automatically.
Does connecting Odoo require a separate integration project?
Usually not. SKUU connects through the SKUU Connect REST API and the onboarding team maps your article and stock data with you. Most connections run in a test mode first, so nothing routes until the match quality is verified.

Joining the network is configuration, not a project. Connect your systems, verify the matching, and let the network start recovering sales.
