SKUU sits in the middle as the neutral layer. Exact Online only ever exchanges data with SKUU, never directly with another shop.

Exact Online is where a large share of Dutch retail SMEs keep their administration, and for many of them it also holds the stock truth. SKUU connects read-only to that truth: articles, barcodes and availability flow to the network, and nothing is ever written back into your books.

Orders that the network routes to you arrive through your webshop or order flow as normal sales, so the administration in Exact stays exactly as your accountant likes it. The connector is available on request; connections via the webshop platform on top of Exact are often the fastest route and are live today.

How connecting works

    Connect

    Exact Online links to SKUU through the native connector or the SKUU Connect REST API. Nothing about your storefront, checkout or daily workflow changes.

    Match

    Your catalogue is matched against the network on barcode and article code, and verified in a test mode before anything goes live.

  3. 3

    Route

    From then on, out-of-stock sales can route to partners with stock, and partner sales can route to you. Every parcel ships white-label under the selling shop's brand.

Frequently asked questions

Can SKUU work with the stock levels in Exact Online?
Yes. Exact Online stays your system of record. SKUU reads availability from it and never writes stock corrections back: partner stock lives on a separate network shelf, so your own figures stay clean and are never double-counted.
How do orders from the SKUU network reach Exact Online?
When a partner shop sells an item you hold, SKUU pushes a normal order into your existing flow. You pick, pack and ship it white-label in the partner's branding, and the tracking flows back through SKUU automatically.
Does connecting Exact Online require a separate integration project?
Usually not. SKUU connects through the SKUU Connect REST API and the onboarding team maps your article and stock data with you. Most connections run in a test mode first, so nothing routes until the match quality is verified.
