White-label fulfilment

Also calledwhite-label shippingneutral fulfilment

White-label fulfilment is when one business ships an order on behalf of another in neutral packaging, so the end customer only ever sees the brand they bought from.

In an inventory network, the shop that physically holds the stock ships the order — but the parcel, packing slip, tracking emails and return label all carry the brand of the shop the customer actually ordered from. The shipping partner stays completely invisible.

For a network to be trusted by competing shops, white-label fulfilment is not a feature but a rule: the supplier's identity is never disclosed to the end customer, and the customer relationship stays with the seller.
