SKUU × WooCommerce integration

The SKUU WooCommerce integration links a WooCommerce shop to the SKUU network, recovering out-of-stock sales with partner stock and letting partners sell from your inventory, all inside your existing WordPress setup.

How the connection sits

Partner shops

SKUU sits in the middle as the neutral layer. WooCommerce only ever exchanges data with SKUU, never directly with another shop.

WooCommerce powers an enormous number of independent webshops on WordPress, often with years of customisation behind them. That is exactly why SKUU never asks you to migrate: the integration uses the WooCommerce REST API and webhooks to read products and stock and to exchange orders, and leaves your plugins, theme and checkout alone.

Once connected, SKUU matches your catalogue against the network on barcode and article code. A size you no longer have can be fulfilled by a partner shop under your brand, and your own stock becomes sellable through partners elsewhere. Stock separation is strict, push never pull, so your WooCommerce inventory numbers always remain your own.

What syncs

  • Product catalogue
  • Live stock levels
  • Orders
  • Shipments & tracking
  • Returns

How connecting works

  1. 1

    Connect

WooCommerce links to SKUU through the native connector or the SKUU Connect REST API. Nothing about your storefront, checkout or daily workflow changes.

  2. 2

    Match

Your catalogue is matched against the network on barcode and article code, and verified in a test mode before anything goes live.

  3. 3

    Route

From then on, out-of-stock sales can route to partners with stock, and partner sales can route to you. Every parcel ships white-label under the selling shop's brand.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to replatform to connect WooCommerce to SKUU?
No. SKUU plugs into your existing WooCommerce setup. Your storefront, checkout, pricing and customer relationship stay exactly as they are; SKUU only exchanges catalogue, stock and order data in the background.
What does SKUU sync with WooCommerce?
SKUU reads your product catalogue and live stock levels, and exchanges orders in both directions: a partner shop can fulfil your out-of-stock sale, and your stock can fulfil a sale for a partner shop. Shipment tracking flows back so the customer always hears from the brand they bought from.
Will my customer notice that an order was fulfilled through the SKUU network?
No. Fulfilment is white-label by rule, not by option. The parcel, packing slip and tracking updates all carry your shop's brand, and the customer relationship stays with you.

Connect your stack.

Joining the network is configuration, not a project. Connect your systems, verify the matching, and let the network start recovering sales.
