SKUU × Shopware integration

The SKUU Shopware integration connects Shopware 6 shops to the SKUU inventory network, bringing cross-shop fulfilment to the platform that dominates German-speaking e-commerce.

How the connection sits

Shopware
SKUUSKUU
Partner shops

SKUU sits in the middle as the neutral layer. Shopware only ever exchanges data with SKUU, never directly with another shop.

Shopware is the leading choice for ambitious retailers in the DACH region, with a modern API-first core in Shopware 6. SKUU uses the Admin API to synchronise products and stock and to exchange orders, so connecting is configuration work, not a development project.

For Shopware retailers the network solves the classic mid-size dilemma: an assortment broad enough to compete means variants too numerous to stock. With SKUU, a sold-out variant no longer ends the sale. A matched partner fulfils it white-label, and your own surplus depth becomes revenue through partner shops rather than markdown inventory at season end.

What syncs

  • Product catalogue
  • Live stock levels
  • Orders
  • Shipments & tracking
  • Returns

How connecting works

  1. 1

    Connect

Shopware links to SKUU through the native connector or the SKUU Connect REST API. Nothing about your storefront, checkout or daily workflow changes.

  2. 2

    Match

Your catalogue is matched against the network on barcode and article code, and verified in a test mode before anything goes live.

  3. 3

    Route

From then on, out-of-stock sales can route to partners with stock, and partner sales can route to you. Every parcel ships white-label under the selling shop's brand.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to replatform to connect Shopware to SKUU?
No. SKUU plugs into your existing Shopware setup. Your storefront, checkout, pricing and customer relationship stay exactly as they are; SKUU only exchanges catalogue, stock and order data in the background.
What does SKUU sync with Shopware?
SKUU reads your product catalogue and live stock levels, and exchanges orders in both directions: a partner shop can fulfil your out-of-stock sale, and your stock can fulfil a sale for a partner shop. Shipment tracking flows back so the customer always hears from the brand they bought from.
Will my customer notice that an order was fulfilled through the SKUU network?
No. Fulfilment is white-label by rule, not by option. The parcel, packing slip and tracking updates all carry your shop's brand, and the customer relationship stays with you.

Joining the network is configuration, not a project. Connect your systems, verify the matching, and let the network start recovering sales.
