How connecting works

    Connect

    EffectConnect links to SKUU through the native connector or the SKUU Connect REST API. Nothing about your storefront, checkout or daily workflow changes.

    Match

    Your catalogue is matched against the network on barcode and article code, and verified in a test mode before anything goes live.

    Route

    From then on, out-of-stock sales can route to partners with stock, and partner sales can route to you. Every parcel ships white-label under the selling shop's brand.

Why connect EffectConnect to an inventory network?
Because availability is what feeds sell on. When SKUU recovers an out-of-stock product with partner stock, EffectConnect can keep that product live in your channels instead of dropping it, so paid traffic and listings keep converting.
Does partner stock end up in my EffectConnect feeds automatically?
Only where you choose. Network stock lives on a separate network shelf, strictly apart from your own inventory, and you decide which channels may sell from it.
Does SKUU replace EffectConnect?
No. EffectConnect stays your channel tool; SKUU sits underneath it as the inventory layer. The two do different jobs: EffectConnect distributes your assortment, SKUU makes sure the assortment is actually available.
