SKUU × EffectConnect integration

The SKUU EffectConnect integration syncs marketplace offers with network availability, giving Dutch marketplace sellers a deeper shelf than their own warehouse.

How the connection sits

EffectConnect

Partner shops

SKUU sits in the middle as the neutral layer. EffectConnect only ever exchanges data with SKUU, never directly with another shop.

EffectConnect is a Dutch marketplace integrator focused on platforms like bol and Amazon, popular with retailers who treat marketplaces as a serious sales channel. For those sellers, the constraint is depth: marketplaces reward offers that never go dark.

Backed by the SKUU network, an offer can stay live on partner availability when your own stock dips, within the rules you set. SKUU keeps the accounting honest through the network shelf, and EffectConnect keeps doing what it does: winning the listing. Available on request.

What syncs

  • Product catalogue
  • Live stock levels
  • Orders

How connecting works

  1. 1

    Connect

EffectConnect links to SKUU through the native connector or the SKUU Connect REST API. Nothing about your storefront, checkout or daily workflow changes.

  2. 2

    Match

Your catalogue is matched against the network on barcode and article code, and verified in a test mode before anything goes live.

  3. 3

    Route

From then on, out-of-stock sales can route to partners with stock, and partner sales can route to you. Every parcel ships white-label under the selling shop's brand.

Frequently asked questions

Why connect EffectConnect to an inventory network?
Because availability is what feeds sell on. When SKUU recovers an out-of-stock product with partner stock, EffectConnect can keep that product live in your channels instead of dropping it, so paid traffic and listings keep converting.
Does partner stock end up in my EffectConnect feeds automatically?
Only where you choose. Network stock lives on a separate network shelf, strictly apart from your own inventory, and you decide which channels may sell from it.
Does SKUU replace EffectConnect?
No. EffectConnect stays your channel tool; SKUU sits underneath it as the inventory layer. The two do different jobs: EffectConnect distributes your assortment, SKUU makes sure the assortment is actually available.

Connect your stack.

Joining the network is configuration, not a project. Connect your systems, verify the matching, and let the network start recovering sales.
