The SKUU Monta integration connects Monta's fulfilment operation and WMS to the SKUU network, so shops that outsource logistics to Monta can join the network without touching their setup.

SKUU sits in the middle as the neutral layer. Monta only ever exchanges data with SKUU, never directly with another shop.

Monta handles fulfilment for hundreds of Dutch webshops, from storage to same-day shipping, steered through the Montaportal. When a SKUU shop fulfils through Monta, the network connection follows the stock: SKUU reads availability from Monta and sends network orders there directly.

White-label rules are enforced at the source. The order that reaches Monta carries the selling shop's branding for the packing slip and label, so the parcel that leaves the warehouse is indistinguishable from one the selling shop sent itself. Available on request.

How connecting works

    Connect

    Monta links to SKUU through the native connector or the SKUU Connect REST API. Nothing about your storefront, checkout or daily workflow changes.

    Match

    Your catalogue is matched against the network on barcode and article code, and verified in a test mode before anything goes live.

    Route

    From then on, out-of-stock sales can route to partners with stock, and partner sales can route to you. Every parcel ships white-label under the selling shop's brand.

How does SKUU fit into a Monta warehouse flow?
A network order arrives in Monta like any other order, with one difference: the packing slip and label carry the selling shop's brand. Your pickers follow the exact same process, and SKUU takes care of the branding and tracking behind the scenes.
Who ships the parcel when a network order comes in?
The shop or warehouse that physically holds the stock ships it. SKUU routes the order there, supplies the white-label documents, and reports the tracking back to the selling shop so its customer stays informed under the right brand.
What happens with returns?
Returns follow the same white-label rule in reverse. The customer uses a return label in the selling shop's branding, and SKUU routes the parcel and the data so both partners' stock positions end up correct.
