The SKUU Active Ants integration connects the e-fulfilment provider to the SKUU network, so shops fulfilled by Active Ants can offer and receive network stock automatically.

SKUU sits in the middle as the neutral layer. Active Ants only ever exchanges data with SKUU, never directly with another shop.

Active Ants runs highly automated e-fulfilment warehouses for webshops across the Benelux and beyond. For those shops the warehouse is remote, so a network connection must go where the stock is: SKUU integrates with the Active Ants platform to read availability and submit orders.

Network orders are fulfilled through the same automation as regular ones, with the selling partner's branding on the box contents that matter. Tracking and return notifications route back through SKUU to the right shop and the right customer. Available on request.

How connecting works

    Connect

    Active Ants links to SKUU through the native connector or the SKUU Connect REST API. Nothing about your storefront, checkout or daily workflow changes.

    Match

    Your catalogue is matched against the network on barcode and article code, and verified in a test mode before anything goes live.

    Route

    From then on, out-of-stock sales can route to partners with stock, and partner sales can route to you. Every parcel ships white-label under the selling shop's brand.

How does SKUU fit into a Active Ants warehouse flow?
A network order arrives in Active Ants like any other order, with one difference: the packing slip and label carry the selling shop's brand. Your pickers follow the exact same process, and SKUU takes care of the branding and tracking behind the scenes.
Who ships the parcel when a network order comes in?
The shop or warehouse that physically holds the stock ships it. SKUU routes the order there, supplies the white-label documents, and reports the tracking back to the selling shop so its customer stays informed under the right brand.
What happens with returns?
Returns follow the same white-label rule in reverse. The customer uses a return label in the selling shop's branding, and SKUU routes the parcel and the data so both partners' stock positions end up correct.
